Modules
Cross-cutting mechanisms that layer on top of the strategies — entry gates, risk controls, and capital rules you turn on per account (or per strategy pool). Each says what it does and where to configure or watch it.
Entry
Confirmation entry & buy checks
Two independent parts, both per-pool and off by default. (1) Waiting pen: instead of buying the instant a signal fires, it RECORDS the signal and only enters once price rallies a set % above it — or drops it after an expiry window. (2) Buy checks — min daily move % (skip calm stocks that rarely reach the 5% target), min rel. volume, min MA50 slope — applied to EVERY buy: at the trigger when the pen is on, straight away when it's off.
This account, live: waiting pen: 12 stop-outs dodged vs 3 winners missed (15 expired) · daily move under 3%: no results yet · 3%+: 53% win* (n=15) (* = thin sample)
Watch pending → Confirmations · configure per-pool → Accounts →Buy approval
Queues a strategy's intended buy for manual human approval instead of auto-submitting it; you approve or reject each on the Approvals page. Per-pool, off by default — for accounts where you want a hand on every entry.

Profit reserve
Holds back a % of each WINNING trade's realized P&L from reinvestment, tracked as a running balance, so profits don't all compound straight back into risk. A losing trade never reserves anything. Per-pool.
Configure & clear → Accounts →Leverage cadence
Exactly one QSR buy in every N draws on real 2x margin while every other buy stays plain cash — occasional leverage without running the whole account on margin. Gated twice: the account must be granted margin AND set a cadence.
Configure → Accounts (QSR pool) →Per-account watchlists
The crypto and wheel strategies trade a hand-picked watchlist; each account can override the shared default list with its own, or inherit it. QSR is feed-driven and has no manual list.

Profit-lock trailing stop
Once a position is up past an activation threshold, a trailing stop arms and ratchets up with price (never down), locking in gains without capping the upside. Used by swing-dip (opt-in), QSR runner legs (arms past +5%), and all three crypto strategies (manual poll-and-replace, since Alpaca has no native crypto trailing order).
Open orders / Crypto (armed trails show 🔒) →QSR sin bin
After a ticker takes losses, a risk ladder tightens or pauses further buys of it — indefinite by default, with an opt-in 14-day auto-clear countdown. Stops the system repeatedly re-buying a name that keeps losing.
Sin Bin →Daily kill switch
Pauses a strategy's NEW entries for the rest of the day once its own P&L drops past a set % of its pot; positions already open are left untouched (exits still run). Per-pool threshold.
