▾ Trading mode — Live

LiveReal orders. A real-money account ALSO needs its id in CONFIRM_LIVE_TRADING on this machine — this setting alone can't place a real order. Exits onlyNo new buys. Stops, trails and exits on anything already open are still managed — for winding an account down. Dry runEvery scheduled tick runs the full strategy but submits nothing; the logs show what it would have bought and sold. Read onlyTrading jobs do nothing. Prices and reports still refresh, and a manual --dry run still works.

Live account — even when enabled here, real order flow ALSO requires this account's id present in the comma-separated CONFIRM_LIVE_TRADING environment variable on the machine running the cron job (e.g. CONFIRM_LIVE_TRADING=other-id,t212-investing — each live account needs its own id in the list; adding one no longer removes another). This toggle alone can never place a real order.

Minimum cash reserve

Min cash reserve (% of equity) ≈ £237.16 of equity kept as cash held back from every real buy — computed off equity, not buying power, so it never scales up with margin/leverage. Blank resets to the 1% default.

Crypto coin sharing

Let crypto strategies share a coin — off by default (exclusive: a coin held by one crypto strategy is off-limits to the others, since closePosition flattens the whole position). Turn on for paper accounts so tape/scalp aren't starved of the shared universe. Leave OFF for real money
