Runs the SAME signals as Paper02qsr with the same risk defaults; the only intended difference is that this account waits for a +2% confirmation rally before entering. Paper02qsr stays the pure immediate-entry control, so the pair is a clean A/B. Enable confirmationEntry.qsr on the Accounts page.

LiveReal orders. A real-money account ALSO needs its id in CONFIRM_LIVE_TRADING on this machine — this setting alone can't place a real order. Exits onlyNo new buys. Minimum cash reserve
